Very thin plastic trays are made to fit exactly over your teeth and a bleach gel is placed inside the trays which are worn for 1-2 hours a day for approx 4 to 8 weeks . The colour change is gradual and results can be very good (some sensitivity can be experienced during the treatment)

BriteSmile (priced at £475 )

A revolutionary technique where the bleaching gel is painted onto the teeth in the surgery and activated by a special light. It takes approximately 1 hour and the teeth are lightened by up to 10 shades using this method.
